I was Gmail-chatting with my friend and ex-coworker Jeremy Charles, a local designer and photographer who’s been speedily upping his photography game for the last 2-3 years. We all got digital cameras at about the same time, he and some others took them and stayed with it and now produce some really great photos. His daily / weekly / whenever he feels like it photoblog is full of excellent shots, portraits, abstracts, band photos, you name it and is definitely worth a look for those of you that like looking at pretty pictures.

The T700 digital camera is an elegant 7-megapixel model boasting a three-inch touchscreen. Its features include a stainless steel casing and a 'tag to enlarge' function, enabling users to enlarge specific areas of their photos by tapping the screen. Sony on Friday disclosed a manufacturing defect within some of its digital cameras carrying the Cyber-shot brand, which involves the LCD displays models that sold from September 2003 to January 2005. The cameras can malfunction in warm and humid conditions, it said.
