Jeremy Charles: Photographer
Click through to see more of Jeremy Charles' digital photos.
I was Gmail-chatting with my friend and ex-coworker Jeremy Charles, a local designer and photographer who’s been speedily upping his photography game for the last 2-3 years. We all got digital cameras at about the same time, he and some others took them and stayed with it and now produce some really great photos. His daily / weekly / whenever he feels like it photoblog is full of excellent shots, portraits, abstracts, band photos, you name it and is definitely worth a look for those of you that like looking at pretty pictures.

Technolove
Some people just wantI love technology. In my house, we have four computers, an Xbox 360, an iPod, Fiber broadband and TV, multiple cell phones, three digital cameras, etc. Most of the people I know at least like technology and I wrongly assume that everyone is like me.

Camera Hunt
A few weeks ago we required a new digital camera to replace our previous model. We are not experts in digital cameras. We start hunting, and gathering information on digital cameras that suited our intended use (primarily photos of vehicles), and suited our budget (for some reason the desirable models are always more money).

Review: Olympus Evolt E-330
Nice review of the new Olympus EvoltThe camera that made one of the biggest splashes at this year’s PMA show in Orlando, Florida, was undoubtedly the Olympus Evolt E-330 ($1,100 List). And for good reason: It’s the first D-SLR to give consumers the option of framing their shots on the LCD, a feature that’s been available on lower-end digital cameras for years. That’s not the sole reason we awarded the Evolt E-330 an Editors’ Choice as a specialty D-SLR, but it certainly tipped the scales.
